Nice Dream is a hyper-seasonal, non-dairy ice cream and sorbet brand — and more recently, a stylish community-focused café, restaurant, and cocktail bar in Yucca Valley, California, serving up unforgettable food, specialty coffee, and craft cocktails.

Founded by Coral Lee and Trevor Simpkin (proud wiener-dog parents), the visual identity has grown alongside the brand itself — from a beloved stand at the Joshua Tree Farmers Market to a permanent 4,000-square-foot destination along Highway 62, a multi-use culinary hub that's sure to become a neighborhood institution.

The work spans multiple logotypes, signage, packaging, illustrations, a custom typeface for menus and print materials, merch and a large-scale mural currently in production.
